Information We Collect
When You Visit This Website
This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and it has no user accounts. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard request data such as IP address, browser type, page requested and time, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
When You Send An Enquiry
The enquiry form collects your name, email address, the service you are interested in and your project description, plus your business name and phone number if you choose to give them. The form sends these details to our team by email through our email delivery provider. The website itself does not store them in a database. If you email or call us directly, we receive the details you choose to share.
When A Business Uses SaaS Master
SaaS Master is our business messaging app. When a business connects its WhatsApp Business account to it, we process on that business's behalf:
- account details of the business's staff: name, email address, role and sign-in records;
- WhatsApp messaging data received through Meta: phone numbers, WhatsApp profile names, message content, shared media and delivery status;
- records the business creates in the app, such as orders, follow-ups, notes and approvals; and
- security and audit records of actions taken in the app.
For this data the business decides how and why it is used, and we act on its instructions. If you messaged a business that uses SaaS Master, please contact that business first; we will help it respond to your request.
How We Use Information
- To reply to enquiries and prepare proposals.
- To provide, secure and support our website, services and the SaaS Master app.
- To receive business messages and send replies that the business's staff have reviewed or approved.
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents.
- To meet legal obligations and enforce our terms.
We do not sell personal data, we do not send marketing to people who contact us through this website, and we do not use business conversation content for advertising.
Who We Share Information With
We share personal data only with providers that help us run our services, and only as needed for the purposes above:
- Cloudflare, which hosts this website and parts of our services;
- Resend, which delivers enquiry and notification emails;
- Supabase, which provides the database for the SaaS Master app; and
- Meta Platforms, which operates the WhatsApp Business Platform that carries business messages.
Some of these providers may process data outside India under their own contractual and security safeguards. We may also disclose information when required by law or a lawful request from a government authority, or to protect the rights and safety of people and our services.
How Long We Keep Information
We keep enquiry emails in our inbox for as long as needed to respond and to manage any resulting business relationship, and then delete them. Our email delivery provider also keeps a copy of each delivered email in its sending records for a limited period under its own retention policy. Data in the SaaS Master app is kept for the retention periods set for the service and agreed with each business, except where we must keep records for legal, security or accounting reasons. You can ask for earlier deletion at any time (see below).
Security
We use encryption in transit, role-based access, separation between business workspaces, authenticated administrative access and audit logging. No system is completely secure; if a personal data breach occurs, we will notify affected people, businesses and authorities as required by law.
Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw consent you have given, and nominate another person to act for you. Email contact@havershamsolutions.com. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
Deleting Your Data
Step-by-step instructions, including for data received through WhatsApp or Meta, are on our Data Deletion page.
Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed at children under 18.
Grievances
For concerns or complaints about how we handle personal data, contact our Grievance Officer, Mr. Arun Kumar, Relationships Manager, at contact@havershamsolutions.com or +91 80560 58190, or write to them at our registered office above. We aim to acknowledge grievances within 2 working days and resolve them within 30 days.
Changes To This Policy
We will update the date at the top of this page when this policy changes. Material changes affecting businesses that use our services will also be communicated to them directly.
